Step 1 |
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Divide mixture into 6-8 patties, depending on size of bread rolls. Wet hands with water and shape the mixture into patties. Place on a tray, cover, and rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. |

Note: These patties can also be shaped like a thin sausage and when cooked, rolled in pita bread. |
