ounce can -or- 3 ½ cups pumpkin puree |

cup ¾ apple juice |

cup ¼ sugar |

teaspoon ½ (ground) cloves |

teaspoon nutmeg |
2 |
teaspoons ginger |
2 |
teaspoons cinnamon |
Step 1 |
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and stir thoroughly. |
Step 2 |
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer gently for 30 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently. |
Step 3 |
Transfer to jars and process with 10-minute water bath to seal, or keep refrigerated until use. |
