Fig Jam With Balsamic Vinegar and Rosemary

Preparation

Chop figs into 1 inch pieces

Add all ingredients into deep sauce pan

Let sit for 30 mins. Stir occasionally

After 30 mins and mixer has had a time to liquefy turn on heat and bring to a boil. Stirring frequently

Once boiling, reduce to a simmer for 10-15 mins, stirring occasionally

Remove from heat and let cool.

Mash up a bit more with a fork or wooden spoon

Store in airtight container.
