Roasted Pork Tenderloin With Blue Cheese

Ingredients

2 tablespoons melted butter
1 pound pork tenderloin, trim off fat
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 tbsp. dried flakes
2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme or 1 dried thyme
2 cups mixed salad greens
2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano or 1 tbsp. dried
1 tablespoon sage
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup (2 oz.) blue cheese, crumbled
