Preparation
Step 1 |
Boil the Sake to remove the alcohol, otherwise it will be bitter. Chill the sake in the refrigerator, or if in a hurry place in a bowl and then put a plastic bag filled with ice inside it. |

Freeze until the texture of sorbet in an ice cream maker or use zipper bag freezing method. |
