Take eight eggs, break them into a flat bowl, beat them, add half a pound (8 ounces - 500 gr) castor sugar, that much flour, rather less than a lot, and add water to the dough; make a white paste, well beaten, and no dough, sprinkle the dough with a little of orange blossom water in the beating; have molds diamond or oblong tin, coat them lightly with butter, pour your batter into the molds, sprinkle the sugar, bake, bake oven door open after cooking, glaze with powdered sugar, and let cool.
