Baked Gnocchi For The Lazy Ones

Ingredients

store-bought
gnocchi
salt
black pepper,
freshly ground
extra virgin olive oil
Preparation

Preheat
the oven to 350 F degrees.

Toss the gnocchi with
salt,
pepper, a generous drizzle of olive oil, and
mix
gently with your hands.
3
Place on a
baking
sheet and
bake
for (I believe it took) 9-10 minutes, or until it’s cooked through and beautifully tanned.
