Garlic Butter

Ingredients

250 grams butter
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons parsley, chopped

Preparation

Soften the butter and stir in remaining ingredients until well combined. Lay out a piece of foil, plastic wrap or baking paper and place butter along one edge, leaving 5 cm at each end. Roll up to form a cylinder and twist the ends to seal. Refrigerate until firm.

Serve slices on top of grilled meats or use in the preparation of garlic bread and chicken Kiev.
