Microwave Cauliflower With Tangy Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

Cauliflower florets
1/2 pint Milk
2 ozs butter
pinch Nutmeg

Preparation

Cook cauliflower florets in a casserole, add 2 tablespoons water, on high for 8 to 10 minutes.

Melt 2ozs butter in pan add 3ozs plain flour add 1/2 pt milk mix until a double cream consistancy add garlic Blend well all other ingredients. Spread over the cauliflower; sprinkle 4ozs shredded Cheddar cheese. add pinch off nutmeg Cook on high in microwave for 1 minute.
