Teriyaki Bowl

Ingredients

2 cups water
3 teaspoons sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch

Preparation

Mix together and cook until sauce thickens (cornstarch will mix easier if the water is cold). Mix sauce with skinless boneless, chicken breast pieces that have been stir-fried in a non-stick pan with a little cooking spray, and add steamed vegetables as desired (broccoli, carrots, peppers, bean sprouts, etc.). Serve over cooked rice.
