Turkey Sausage Stuffing
Dice celery and onion into small pieces.
Heat the butter in a pan and toss in the onion and celery. Sautee until soft.
Crumble the bread into half inch chunks.
Combine the ground gizzard and heart with turkey sauage and mix in the rest of the ingredient.
Bake in a greased roaster for 1 hour at 325 degrees F.
