Fruit Cubes

Ingredients

4 Fresh California nectarines, peaches,
or Bartlett pears quartered
1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Preparation

In blender or food processor, blend fruit with lemon juice until smooth. Pour into ice cube trays; freeze until firm.

This recipe makes about 21 fruit cubes.
