Ingredients

3 eggs
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
milk
white flour
1 red pepper
2 green onions
grated cheese
salt
pepper
paprika
crust/ pie shell/ frozen pastry

Preparation

Mix eggs with margarine, some milk and white flour.

Add tomato sauce, chopped red pepper and green onions.

Add salt, pepper and paprika.

Add grated cheese - or if using, crust, sprinkle it on the shell then pour the eggs mixture.

Bake in shell for 45 min (375F).
