Deviled Carrots

Ingredients

6 lrgs Carrots, quartered lengthwise
cup Butter
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
2 teaspoons Dry mustard
teaspoon Salt
Fresh Ground black pepper

Preparation

Saute carrots in butter for 5 minutes. Add brown sugar, mustard, 2 drops Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper, cook for 10 minutes or until tender.
