Blue Berry Muffins
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Flour, Sifted
3 teaspoons Margarine melted
3 teaspoons Baking Powder
2/3 cup Blueberries Fresh
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 Egg, well beaten
2/3 cup Canned blueberries
1/2 cup Milk, or Skim
drained
1 teaspoon Sucaryl Solution

Directions:Mix together sifted flour, baking powder, and salt. Add well-beaten egg, milk, and sucaryl solution.* SUCARYL* is an artificial sugar sweetener.. When partly blended, add melted margarine. Fold in berries.
