Original Buffalo Wings

Ingredients

3 cups Durkee Hot Sauce
2 cups Margarine or butter, melted
20 pounds Chicken Wings

Preparation

Combine hot sauce and margarine in a large bowl. Mix well and keep warm.

Deep fry chicken wings at 400 degrees F. for 10-12 minutes. (May dredge in flour before frying if desired) Or bake wings at 425 degrees F for 30 minutes. Remove and turn, bake an additional 30 minutes until brown. Add wings to bowl of sauce. Toss to coat the wings, keep warm.

Serving Ideas : Serve with a bleu cheese dip and celery sticks.
