can artichoke hearts - (14 oz) non marinated

1

can chopped green chilies - (4 oz)

1

cup mayonnaise

2

cups grated cheddar cheese

1

cup cleaned Dungeness crab meat - (to 2)

A few drops of Tabasco sauce

Step 1

Chop artichokes and mix all other ingredients together. Bake in a 350 degree oven until bubbly, or heat in a small crock pot and serve with crackers.

Step 2

Comments: June is a good month to put out a few crab rings or pots as you head for that favorite fishing spot. And even if you don't limit out on salmon, there's no better way to end a day than sitting around the back deck with friends or family to cooking, picking and eating fresh crab. Yummy!
