Sweet Cauliflower Pickles

Ingredients

2 med. heads cauliflower
2 red peppers, cut in strips
2 green peppers, cut in strips
3 lg. onions, cut in wedges
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon whole cloves
2 tablespoons salt

Preparation

Cut cauliflower in florets. There should be 2 quarts. Cook in a small amount of water 5 minutes; drain. Combine remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Add cauliflower and simmer 5 minutes. Pack in clean, hot, pint jars and seal. Process in boiling water bath 5 minutes.
