How to Make Chatpati Papdi Chaat

Ingredients

For Papdi:
1/2 cup semolina
Salt to taste
1/4 tea spoon black pepper powder
Oil to fry papdi
For feeling:
100 grams paneer – cut very small
2 table spoons finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1/2 tea spoon garlic – crushed
1/2 tea spoon ginger- crushed
1/2 tea spoon chilly flacks
1/2 tea spoon oregano
1/2 tea spoon red chilly sauce
For garnishing:
Nylon sev
1/2 cup Grated cheese:

Preparation

For Papdi:

Mix all the material of papdi avoiding oil – for deep frying.

Make stiff dough from it. Roll small papdies from it and prick it.

Fry papdi in hot oil at very slow flame. Keep a side.

For feeling:

Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry it, add ginger garlic and fry for a movement.

Now add capsicum, corn and seasonings. Add paneer and tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from flame and add cheese. Mix well. Cool at room temperature.

For Chatpati Papdi Chaat:

Take papdi, spread feeling material over it and garnish with sev, Pomegranate and Coriander.

Repeat the process for rest.

Serve delicious and tangy Chatpati Papdi Chaat with any soft drink or moktail
