Ingredients

1 teaspoon
salt
1 can
cream of chicken soup
cup
milk
1 cup
grated cheese
1 med.
onion
Preparation
1
Cook
sliced
potatoes for 5 minutes with 1 teaspoon
salt;
drain.
Heat
soup, milk and
minced
onions. Add 3/4 of the cheese. Place a layer of potatoes, then a layer of mixture.
Top
with remaining cheese.
Bake
at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
