Ingredients

Streusel Topping (below)
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 cup mashed bananas (about 2 med.)
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs

Preparation

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9"x9"x2" square pan. Prepare Streusel Topping; reserve. Mix remaining ingredients; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Spread in pan; sprinkle with Streusel Topping. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm or cool. 9 servings.

STREUSEL TOPPING: Mix 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
