No Bake Granola Bars

Ingredients
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups quick cooking rolled oats
1 1/2 cups crisp rice cereal
Optional:
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup sunflower nuts
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Preparation

In medium saucepan, combine brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter and vanilla; blend well. Add oats, cereal, raisins, coconut, sunflower nuts and sesame seeds. Mix well. Press into ungreased 9 inch square pan. Cool. Cut into 20 bars.
