Pineapple Mixed Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

500 grams Pineapple- cubes
1 Banana- slices
2 Oranges- wedges
300 milliliters Low fat milk

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until the ingredients are well blended.

Pour into serving cups and squeeze some green lime juice into it and enjoy this refreshing smoothie on a hot day.
