Ingredients

4 cups sm. new potatoes
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons water
1 cup sweet milk

Preparation

Scrape potatoes and boil until done. Drain. Make white sauce using rest of ingredients. Mix well until smooth. Pour over potatoes. Bring to a boil.
