Add flour, salt and 1/3 cup milk to eggs. Beat. Gradually add rest of milk and beat again. Refrigerate.Parboil sausage, drain and place in shallow dish.Bake 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Pour off all except 4 tablespoons of fat. Pour batter over sausage and bake 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
