4 pounds Lamb steak
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon Ginger

Preparation

Combine wine, garlic, soy sauce and ginger. Marinate lamb turning occasionally. Broil or grill to desired degree. Salt and pepper to taste.
