2 Heads of broccoli cut into florets
1 head cauliflower cut into florets
8 Baby carrots cut into rounds
1 Red pepper cut into strips
1 Onion halved and thinly sliced
Mushrooms, (optional)
2 mediums Zuccini thinly sliced
1 can Baby corn halved, (up to 2)
3/4 cup Oil or olive oil, (up to 1)
1/2 cup Lemon juice
1/2 cup Vinegar
1/2 cup Water
2 tablespoons Sugar
Garlic powder, pepper and
