Chicken Herb and Chilli Salad

Ingredients

500 grams minced chicken
1 small cucumber diced
2 tablespoons fish sauce for frying chicken
4 tablespoons fish sauce.. more or less to taste
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preparation

Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl

Fry chicken using fish sauce

Toss through salad ingredients

Combine sauce ingredients pour over salad toss through gently

Serve with cooked rice
