Black olive paste
Puff pastry
(a roll of 275 g)

Egg
2 Dried Herbes provencal
Preparation

Cut
the puff pastry in rectangles

Beat
the egg with a fork and paint it with a pastry brush allover your puff pastry rectangles
3
Disperse some olive paste, peanuts on the puff pastry and sprinkle the herbs over all
4
Bake
for 18 min. in the
preheated oven
(200 C ) until golden
brown
