edit Ingredients

cantaloupe, cut in bite size pieces

avocados, sliced into thick slices

14

ounces can hearts of palm, drained, sliced into bite pieces

2

tablespoons lemon juice

¼

cup Brazil nuts, chopped

3

tablespoons lemon juice

3

tablespoons lime juice

¼

teaspoon salt

¼

teaspoon white pepper

¼

teaspoon ginger

¼

teaspoon coriander

¼

teaspoon allspice

edit Preparation

Step 1

Mix together cantaloupe, avocados and hearts of palm; pour lemon juice over all and refrigerate approximately 1 hour. Before serving toss with following dressing. Sprinkle nuts on top.

Step 2

Mix thoroughly.
