cantaloupe, cut in bite size pieces |

avocados, sliced into thick slices |

ounces can hearts of palm, drained, sliced into bite pieces |

tablespoons lemon juice |

cup Brazil nuts, chopped |

tablespoons lemon juice |

tablespoons lime juice |

teaspoon salt |
¼ |
teaspoon white pepper |

teaspoon ginger |

teaspoon coriander |
¼ |
teaspoon allspice |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Mix together cantaloupe, avocados and hearts of palm; pour lemon juice over all and refrigerate approximately 1 hour. Before serving toss with following dressing. Sprinkle nuts on top. |
Step 2 |
Mix thoroughly. |
