2 - 3 Potatoes boiled,
1\4 cup Methi leaves washed n cut,
2 - 3 Tbsp Oil,
1\4 Tsp Cumin| Jeera seeds,
1 - 2 Pinch of Asafoetida | Hing,
1 Tbsp Sugar,
1\2 Tsp Mango powder,
1 Tsp Coriander powder,
1\2 Tsp Red chilly powder,
1\4 Tsp Turmeric powder,
Salt to taste.
Put two pans to heat n add oil, jerra, hing half - half in both the pans.
In pan one add cut pieces of boiled potatoes.
In pan two add washed n cut methi leaves. Also add sugar, salt n turmeric powder to taste.
Now in pan one along with potatoes also add salt, red chilly powder, coriander powder n mango powder, saute on low heat.
Check pan two if the water from methi leaves has evaporated then add to the potatoes.
Mix well n serve hot.
