piece ginger root, chopped |

cup Soy sauce |

cup Honey |
¼ |
cup Vegetable oil |

piece chiles, chopped |

teaspoon Ground ginger |

Step 1 |
1. Rub chicken with salt and pepper and stuff with chopped ginger root. |

3. Prepare baste by combining oil, soy, honey, chilies, and ground ginger. |
Step 4 |
Stir vigously and baste chicken when it is 80% done. Baste frequently, during the final stages of cooking to ensure that the honey does not burn. |
Step 5 |
NOTES : Serve with rice and steamed vegitables - snow peas are especially good! |
