  • 1 can large chicken (12.5 oz)
  • 2 ribs celery, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons white onion, finely diced
  • 4 teaspoons heaping mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • dried cranberries or raisins(optional)

Step 1

Optionally, add dried cranberries or raisins.

Break the chicken apart with a fork. Add the celery, onions, and mayonnaise, and mix well.

Add the curry powder, salt, and pepper, and mix again.
