Step 1 |
Put butter into a 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan, spreading evenly; set aside. Combine milk, egg, mixing well. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, paprika, pepper, chopped pecans, and sesame seeds. Rinse chicken, and pat dry. Dip chicken into egg mixture and dredge in flour mixture. Place chicken in prepared pan. Bake 40 minutes; turn chicken and bake an additional 40 minutes or until tender. |
