Eat-Clean Egg White Omelet

Ingredients

5 egg whites
1 egg yolk
2 Tbsp skim milk
1 plum tomato, diced
1 small garlic, minced
1 handful shredded spinach
1 Tbsp red onion, diced

Preparation

Beat all the eggs and milk together.

Quick saute the veggies until soft.

Pour eggs into a small skillet coated with cooking spray. Cook til firm. Add veggies on half of the omelet. Fold the other half over the top. Let sit for 30 seconds, then serve.
