Ingredients

2 stalk leeks, sliced
mushrooms, optional
3 tablespoons butter
3 cups beef broth to thicken

Preparation

Cook leeks and mushrooms (optional) in butter until soft. Add broth and simmer until hot. Thicken with flour. Serve
