Spicy Pork Brain

Ingredients

pork brain........half kilo
(de vein by gently taking out veins with toothpick..)
2 onions sliced
1 ripe tomato diced
1 strip curry leaves
garlic fresh (10 pods)
ginger fresh (small piece finely chopped
dried red chillies (large) finely chopped (to your heat levels)
5 spice powder (1 tsp)
salt to taste
paprika powder sweet (1 tbs)

Preparation

Sautee onions curry leaves in oil/butter till golden brown

Add remaining ingredients and mix well ...add chicken stock gently to get a nice gravy

Keep frying the mix till oil surfaces

Then add brains and cook on high for 5 minutes....

Serve hot with iddlies or chappatis and enjoy.
