*Allow cheeses to come to room temperature before serving, approximately 25 minutes. This recipe is a guideline for making a cheese tray, feel free to use a variety of cheeses. It's best to offer different varieties of milk cheeses, for example 1 cow, 1 goat, 1 sheet, etc.

*Serve with optional mostarda, fig or quince paste.
*Ideal for a wine tasting party or potluck.

ounces chunk of quality blue cheese

4

ounces chunk of quality goat cheese

4

ounces chunk of quality brie cheese

4

ounces chunk of quality sheep's milk cheese

1

bunch of grapes

2

cups other seasonal fruit (strawberries, pears, plums etc.)

1

cup raw almonds

1

cup dried fruit (Dried cranberries, apricots etc)

1

baguette

2

cups crackers

edit Preparation

Step 1

Wash and pat dry fruit. Snip grape bunch into smaller clusters.

Step 2

Arrange the grapes in the middle of the plate to resemble an in-tact bunch of grapes.

Step 3

Slice the other fruit and place it around the grapes.

Step 4

Place cheeses on separate parts of the cheese tray. Leave some cheese whole and provide cheese knives, or thinly slice and provide tongs.

Step 5

Sprinkle almonds all together on one side of the cheese tray and add the dried fruit to another side.

Step 6

Serve with a sliced baguette and crackers.
