Pico De Gallo (Fresh Salsa)

Ingredients

1 jalepeno diced (seeds removed for less heat)
4 green onions diced include some of the green
1 tablespoon cilantro (chopped fine)
1/2 lime

Preparation

Mix first four ingrediants and then squeeze lime over all. Toss and refrigerate/marinate over night. Eat as a salad or with your favorite homeade chips.

This is a wonderful summer salad as well as a dip for chips. We use it on burgers, tacos, burritos and on lettuce. We produce our own ingrediants and it is all natural/organic. No pesticides. Sometimes we add fresh cucumbers diced also.
