This recipe is usable for two or more people. The following should feed one person.

Place on top of pork chop. Place potato (cut into four pieces and carrot cut in four pieces around pork chops). Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Cover with second pork chop. Fold foil around ingredients making a good seal. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour. This makes a complete meal for one person.
