Mustard Dill Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

3/4 cup Plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup Prepared mustard, spicy or dijon
1 teaspoon Dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Honey

Preparation

Mix ingredients thoroughly in a small bowl. Serve on vegetables or fish.

Store any remaining sauce in a covered container in the refrigerator.
