Potatoes (Paprikas Potatoes) Hungarian By Laszlo

Ingredients

2 pounds potatoes
salt to taste
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
2 teaspoons oil
2 cups or as much as you ls (Hungarian Sausage Smoked Kolbasz) or Smoked Kielbasa Sliced thin

Preparation

Chop the onions finely and then sauté them, under cover in the oil until they turn golden. Add the paprika and a small amount of water.

Add the garlic, the tomato, the green pepper and salt; cover again and simmer for half hour.

Peel, quarter and then add the potatoes. Add a bit more water just to cover the potatoes and keep cooking until the potatoes are tender. Add the sliced Kolbasz.Cook for another 5 minutes, reducing the heat to simmer.
