Ingredients

large bunch of
spinach

pineapple

orange

leaves of fresh
mint
1 1/2 cups
ice
Preparation

Add
peeled
orange into
blender
(vitamix or alternative)

Then add half of your pineapple -
cut
into chunks

Place washed spinach next
4
Then add mint and
ice.

Mix
all together on high speed until smooth.... about 1 minute.
