Toffee Muffins

Ingredients

cup flax meal
4 tablespoons Splenda
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
cup yogurt
cup cream
1 teaspoon flavoring -- mocha toffee

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together. Mix liquid ingredients well, add to dry and mix. Bake at 350 20 - 25 minutes. Try with different combinations of syrups and flavorings.

NOTES : Can substitute soy isolate for the almond flour.
