parsley
3 cups diced
leftover roast beef
or 1 lb.
hamburg
3 tablespoons melted
butter
2 cups
milk

eggs
, beaten
1/2 cup
flour
Tomato sauce
Preparation
1
Mix
all ingredients except tomato sauce. Pour into a shallow 8 x 8 inch buttered pan or casserole
dish.
Bake
25 to 30 minutes until pancake is golden and puffy.
Serve
with tomato sauce or ketchup.
