About Turkey Dal

I developed this recipe as a part of the Hunger Challenge, where people commit to eating on a limited budget. I calculated that my cost on this recipe was $4.40. I was trying to make a nutritious, high protein meal that also tastes great. The dal dissolved and created a creamy sauce around the veggies and meat. We really enjoyed this meal.
