Classic Cuban cocktail. Best with Coca-Cola from Mexico, which is made with cane sugar. "Mexican Coke" can be found in the USA at Mexican markets and some Costco outlets. For theose who like the flavor of rum, try making it with a dark or aged rum. If you are outside the USA, use a Cuban rum, such as Havana Club.
