Ingredients

Preparation

Toss all ingredients in medium bowl to combine. (Raita
can
be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)

about 2 cups.

used as a condiment, is often made with cucumber or tomatoes. This version features mango.
Serve
