tablespoon Dry red wine |

Clove garlic, minced |

Lettuce leaves |

Chopped cucumber |

Step 1 |
Soak bulgar wheat in warm water for 1 hour; drain well. Combine bulgar with ground lamb, parsley, onion, red wine, garlic, mint, allspice and salt. |
Step 2 |
Shape into patties andgrill over medium coals for 16-18 minutes or until done. Serve with pita bread, lettuce, cucumber and yogurt. |
