Yorkshire Salad

Ingredients

1 lrg Onion
1 pch sugar
Rice Wine Vinegar

Preparation

Coarsely chop the onion and the cucumber put into a medium sized bowl and sprinkle with the sugar, then cover with vinegar and leave for a few days, will keep for a few weeks, if there is any left. Serve on Yorkshire puddings or suet dumplings.
